Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping

  1. Order Processing
    All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days from payment confirmation. Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please note that miniatures are made on demand, so the shipping process may be delayed by 2 to 3 additional business days due to manufacturing and post-processing times.
  2. Shipping Options
    We offer various shipping options to suit your needs:
    • Certified Standard Shipping (domestic): We use Correos as our shipping carrier, and the usual delivery time is 48-72 business hours, which may be affected by local/national holidays. The cost is 4€ for orders under 100€ shipped to the mainland, free for orders over 100€.
    • For the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla the cost is 7€ for orders under 175€ and free for orders over 175€.
    • International Shipping: Delivery times and the chosen shipping carrier vary depending on the destination. Shipping is free for orders over 175€ within the Eurozone.
  3. Shipping Rates
    Shipping rates are calculated based on the package weight and the recipient's location. You can see the total shipping cost at checkout.
  4. Order Tracking
    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, which you can use to track the status of your shipment online at any time.
  5. Delivery
    Please ensure that you provide a correct, complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly due to errors in the address provided by the customer.

Returns

  1. Return Policy
    We accept returns within 14 days of receiving the order. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which they were received.
  2. Return Process
    To initiate a return, contact us at info@forgeoffantasy.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send the product back.
  3. Return Shipping Costs
    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product (e.g., defective or incorrect products).
  4. Refunds
    Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
  5. Non-Refundable Items
    According to Article 103 of Law 3/2014, of March 27, which amends the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the supply of services or goods made to consumer specifications or clearly personalized, or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire quickly, are exempt from withdrawal. Thus, products made to order are exempt from withdrawal.
